Carly Bradley

Carly moved to Idaho Falls, ID from Anchorage, AK in 2014 to explore her dad’s side of the family. Carly was in the service industry and attending University of Phoenix when Golden found her in 2018 and presented her with a fantastic lifelong career. Carly is continuing to learn about customer care and about Medicare in her tenure with Golden Insurance. She really enjoys keeping things organized in the office, helping the agents where it’s needed, and meeting client needs where she can. Carly loves Golden Insurance and everything it stands for when it comes to caring for our seniors and our community.

Carly and her husband, Josh, have two boys (Graysen and Oliver) that you may see in the office because Josh does the I.T. work for Golden Insurance as well. Carly loves to interact with everyone she encounters and is a master at building relationships, both professional and personal. Jennifer Johnson

Jen was born in Minnesota and is now proud to call Boise her home. She has 30+ years of experience in the healthcare field. Most of her career was as an RN in a hospital setting specializing in oncology. She recognized the lack of Medicare understanding in both patients and healthcare providers. Eager to learn more, she went to work for the largest national health insurance carrier educating & developing brokers as a Market Sales Manager for Idaho. She saw an enormous gap in Medicare education, specifically for those nearing retirement. There is a lot of fear and misinformation when making the Medicare decision which can cause long term consequences. This is why she quit her corporate job and partnered with Golden Insurance. She knew she belonged working directly with individuals and assisting them through the Medicare maze.

Jen’s 2 adult children left the frigid MN winters and moved to sunny states. She loves traveling, especially in the winter to visit her kids. Her significant other and teenage stepson take advantage of all Idaho has to offer. Although fall is her favorite season, she loves gardening and every spring plants a ridiculous number of plants. Sadly, her garden visions don’t always match the final outcome as it usually resembles a jungle by summer’s end. Her passion is supporting clients with their Medicare decisions and helping them achieve their health goals.

Michael McShane

Michael grew up on a family dairy farm in southern Minnesota where he quickly learned the meaning of hard work. After graduating high school, Michael continued his education at the University of Minnesota pursuing his passion to be in the medical field. Upon completion of college Michael entered the Mayo Clinic School of Health-Related Sciences where he earned a master’s degree in Cytology.

In 1984 Michael moved his family to Nampa ID and has been present here in the great state of Idaho for his entire professional career. Over the past 30 years Michael transitioned to the business side of medicine where he managed several medical laboratories. Recognizing the great need for education of the senior community around Medicare, he accepted a position as director of sales for United Healthcare. More recently in his quest to fundamentally change the way seniors access their Medicare benefits, Michael accepted a position with Golden Insurance / 90Days From Retirement.

Michael raised six children and was actively involved in their development as Boy Scout master and 4-H leader. He enjoys the outdoors and has been hiking and camping in the Idaho wilderness for the past 30 years. Michael and his wife Barb spend a good amount of their time these days at their cabin in High Valley where they enjoy the peace and quiet and the ability to decompress.

In my new role with GI / 90DFR, I am looking forward to making a real difference in senior’s lives and on a larger scale be a force of change to bring reform to the Medicare insurance industry in Idaho.
