My wife and I totally found our Pocatello Golden Insurance meeting, this year, excellent, timely and informative. A very personable gentleman was a fun, interesting highlight, very interested with and knowing about member concerns and questions. We also, as a group, enjoyed suggesting items and concerns other members may benefit from knowing. A few aspects seemed rather "best kept secrets," about which Blue Cross Idaho might need to better circulate and inform more membership, and more often. Good presentation, Golden folks!

Glen was referred to us by our home/auto agent and we are very glad we met up with him. He helped me make some changes to my health insurance but most importantly, provided us with extremely helpful directions about my husband’s existing health insurance and the steps we need to take to correct it. (The rep. last year lied to him – he went almost the entire year thinking he had a G Supplement when in reality, he had an Advantage plan. A plan we emphatically did not ever want or ask for!!
