My wife and I totally found our Pocatello Golden Insurance meeting, this year, excellent, timely and informative. A very personable gentleman was a fun, interesting highlight, very interested with and knowing about member concerns and questions. We also, as a group, enjoyed suggesting items and concerns other members may benefit from knowing. A few aspects seemed rather "best kept secrets," about which Blue Cross Idaho might need to better circulate and inform more membership, and more often. Good presentation, Golden folks!
